Enhancing Access to Legal Information through the “Ask Nyaaya” Program
Project Overview
The "Ask Nyaaya" program by Nyaaya aims to provide quick access to reliable legal information. Focuses on simplifying legal content for easy comprehension. Addresses key user needs, including access to government schemes and legal rights. Plans to scale the program to new regions, such as Jharkhand and Maharashtra. Users include individuals from diverse backgrounds, primarily from middle and lower-middle-class income groups. The organisation wanted this process of responding to user queries to be digitalised through the chatbot so that the turnaround time of 1 week for generating a response can be reduced to minutes while enabling them to operate at a huge scale through automated response generation.
