Delivering engaging educational content and activities to teachers for enhanced classroom learning
Project Overview
Pehlay Akshar Foundation has been working with BMC ward teachers for the past couple of years. They are now scaling the efforts to 3 new regions: Pune, Vasai-Naigaon, and Thane. The content is delivered through whatsapp on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays each week through automation. The teachers can provide the feedback on the content as well through whatsapp so that the content can be improved.
Engagement Structure
2 consultants: Product Manager and a Product Analyst Worked with the PAF SPOC and the Glific support team. Analysed existing processes, gathered requirements, developed the chatbot flows, oversaw testing efforts, monitored the performance, resolved any incidents.
